What to do: eat small high-fibre meals more often. always hold your tummy in. sit up slowly w/out using your hands.
Problem: cellulite (eg thighs)
What to do: go on fresh food diet; drink lots of water. massage&pummel area with cream containing extract of ivy.
Problem: tired feet
What to do: cool in water with cider vinegar.
Problem: fat bottom
What to do: do this exercise: lie face down on your tum, hands by sides; raise left leg as high as possible; cross over right leg and lower to touch floor;repeat with other leg.
Problem: droopy bottom
What to do: sit on a hard chair; contract bottom muscles and hold for a few second; relax. do this as often as possible.
Problem: excessively sweaty underarms
What to do: use an antiperspirant. wash area daily with a solution of one dessertspoon vinegar to one cup water.
Problem: droopy bosom
What to do: wear supporting bra! ;D & do this exercise: sit (place yourself like u are sitting) before a small table/chair/anything; put and press your hands at the back on the small table ; hold for a few seconds; back to the first pose & relax; repeat it several times. (always keep shoulders back)
Problem: thick waistline
What to do: do this exercise regularly: stand with feet apart; swing body loosely forward from the waist; swing to the right then left; straighten up slowly.
Problem: puffy eyes
What to do: sleep longer. drink more water; use cold teabags or cucumber slices as eye compresses.
Problem: baldness
What to do: do scalp massage. increase protein and iron in diet.
